I wanted to share what’s been going on here. The first picture is current. The 2nd pic was a little over a year ago. For the past 16 months, I’ve been using Wegovy (and now Zepbound to ween off). I’ve dropped 70 or so lbs and 10 inches off my waist. I did this with Dr. Scott DiGiacomo and Nutritionist Christine Ryberg from Genesis Metabolics in Union NJ. Now it wasn’t all Wegovy — you need to eat right, work out, and have great discipline. During Covid, like everyone, I did put on the “Covid 20,” as so many did. That coupled with my life of yo-yo diets, there seemed to be no hope. Then this whole “Ozempic-thing” hit the news. Well, it does work, but you also have to put in the work. The drug doesn’t make you lose weight. What it does do is trigger the brain to say “you’re full” (putting it in simple terms).

Doing it with a professional Doctor and a Nutritionist who specializes in this is key, and yes I’ve adjusted my lifestyle — and that includes some serious working out for these results + using an app to track EVERYTHING. I’ve never been more fit in my life. And the best is, I’m not deprived at all! I feel decades younger. Good luck to you.
